WOOHOOO! ~ today was fun! (:

finally had the cooking lesson that I haven been looking forward to!

In the morning, had trouble finding the place, so asked for directions! xD

when i walked into the kitchen, OMG! the place is gorgeous and SUPPPPEEERRR HIGH CLASS!

Swa gu swa gu ~

I cant tell you how nice the kitchen is, is like a dream of what I would want my kitchen to be!

OH MAN, I WANT TO GROW UP SO BAD! ):

This the menu for today, even the recipes and notes are like printed on super nice paper that have glitters on it! My fav! xD

Firsly, we started of by the chef himself demostrating all the cooking that we were doing today to us. 2 meat dishes and 1 desert. We cooked, Ayam Sio(Chicken cooked with Salted bean paste), Udang Kapitam(Chilli Prawn perankan style) & lastly Pengat Pisang & Nangka(Banana & Jackfruit cooked with sago)! xD this is a Archipelago cuisine, is some kind of balinese type of cooking? (:

oh ya, forgot to add, I am the only Singaporean there+ I am also the youngest there! xD

4 Aussie & 2 Koreans, so it was kind of weird cos they are all adults! ):

so we work in groups & cook tgt!

I worked with 2 aussie who are couples (:

they are very nice ppl, super friendly.

come to think of it, 'ang mos' are mostly friendly ppl!

oh gosh, the table setting we super high class to ~

need to use those napkins and whr they give you lots of utensils like desert spoon, soup spoon a& so on! xD

thanks goodness, my mum educated me when I was young, so not so bad, didnt embarass myself! hehes.

was quite weird lah, cos they all adults and when they talking, is all adults stuff!

But whatever, the food was delicious!

Esp the prawns, IS SO NICE that i keep on feel like eating it right now!

My dad requested me to cook for the family this weekends, yupp so I will be trying it out! (:

HAHA!

While eating, they gave us a certificate of participation! (:

So cool hor? my daddy say hang it up on the wall!

When we were about to leave, it suddenly occured to me that I didnt bring the voucher for payment! ):

then I was like oh shit! cos i was supposed to meet Honey for movie!

No choice, had to rush back home to get the voucher & go back to Raffles Hotel to give it to them! ):

So ran home, the sawy thing was that, when I was leaving the home, it rained Candies & Chocolates!

Thanks goodness it is sheltered all the way to mrt, cab there (:

Movie plan with Honey backfired cos of the rain! xD

so waited for a cab at raffles, than home!

So tired when I got home, I slept (:

The picture you see on top, is when I was walking the 'monster alley' (thats what me & Honey calls it, cos is a scary alley at night) in the pouring rain!

Notice how there are nobody at all? xD

I LOVE TODAY, I DONT MIND GOING TO THE CLASSES AGAIN!
