So far one week of my IMH posting has passed and im enjoying it thus far (:
Not so much as gloria and gracia but still enjoyable.
the experience is really different from going to a medical ward.
when you get there all the patients are mostly independent,
means they dont need us to do much for them.
Everyday we just have to plan structured activity for them,
meaning that we have to plan activities for them to do together with them?
So we have been doing several things,
like arts and crafts :D
will take some pics next time and post it here.
Im really enjoying my posting, its very relaxing and find it so much meaningful to help them.
as I was telling my mum, we are their voices.
Through us, we help them get their points across.
With us, we are able to slowly change the thinkings of the society
& erase the stigma against them.
Its so much more meaningful and they really are grateful to you.
Tml going back there again for the final week,
its a new day. New starting with my patients.
